4. Currency Conversions

All property prices on SA-Living are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) — this is the official price.

For your convenience, we provide currency conversions, but exchange rates fluctuate and may shift from hour to hour.

These conversions are helpful guides, not guaranteed values. Please check with your bank or payment provider for the latest rates. SA-Living cannot be held liable for minor differences in converted amounts.

5. Your Account

If you create an account with us, please keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

6. Third-Party Services

We may link you to real estate agents, legal advisors, and other service providers. Any agreements you enter into with third parties are between you and them.

7. Ownership of Content
