Welcome to the SA-Living network. We’re passionate about showcasing South Africa’s most exceptional homes - from coastal retreats to city-centre gems. To ensure our listings remain world-class, here’s what we look for when you submit a property:


Premium Properties Only

We’re curating the best of the best - properties that truly stand out. Every listing should:

  • Be in excellent condition - either newly built, recently renovated, or exceptionally maintained
  • Feature high-end finishes, quality fittings, and well-thought-out design
  • Reflect a sense of luxury, whether sleek and modern or rich in heritage character

Prime Locations Preferred

Our buyers value lifestyle, long-term potential, and convenience. We prioritise properties in these sought-after areas:

  • Cape Town: Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl, Constantia, Southern Suburbs
  • Winelands & Garden Route
  • Johannesburg: Sandton, Hyde Park, Bryanston
  • Durban & KZN North Coast: Umhlanga, Ballito, Zimbali, Midlands, Hilton
  • Nature escapes: Game reserves and premium rural retreats
  • Proximity to top schools, hospitals, transport links, and lifestyle amenities is a big plus.

We want every buyer to feel confident. To keep things running smoothly, please ensure:

  • You have proof of ownership or an exclusive mandate (where applicable)
  • All relevant compliance certificates are available (e.g. electrical, water, occupancy)

Strong Visuals and Clear Descriptions

Listings should shine online. Each submission must include:

  • Professional, high-resolution photography (no phone snaps, please)
  • A detailed description that highlights key selling points - think lifestyle, views, rental appeal

What Makes a Standout Listing?

All listings are reviewed within 24 hours to ensure they meet our standards. The more detail and care you provide, the faster your listing will go live.
