Celebrating One Year of SA-Living
Today, we're celebrating a very special milestone - SA-Living's first birthday.
Twelve months ago, SA-Living launched with a simple vision: to create a premium property platform that showcases the very best of South African real estate while connecting buyers, sellers, agents and industry professionals through trusted content, expert partnerships and exceptional property marketing.
One year later, we're incredibly proud of how far we've come.
Together with our agents, agencies, partners and growing community, we've built a platform that continues to connect people with some of South Africa's most remarkable homes and lifestyle opportunities.
Over the past year, we've celebrated a number of exciting milestones, including:
- More than 1,600 premium property listings
- Over 3,000 registered property practitioners
- 98 agency partners across South Africa
- More than 100,000 website visits
- Over 49,000 active users
- An owned audience of more than 14,000 across our newsletters and social media channels
But beyond the numbers, this year has been defined by innovation.
We've launched the SA-Living App, integrated with PropData to make listing management even more seamless, and recently introduced our new Agent Subscription Model, giving agents access to up to 10 listings for just R199 per month. It's another step towards making premium property marketing more accessible while continuing to challenge the traditional property portal model.
Celebrating this milestone during Women's Month makes it especially meaningful.
SA-Living is proudly a woman-owned business, and today our team is made up entirely of talented, passionate women who work every day to build a platform that genuinely serves the South African property industry. Their creativity, dedication and belief in our vision have helped shape everything SA-Living has become during its first year.
